조율할 때 '웅웅웅' 울렁이는 소리

진동수가 살짝 다른 두 소리가 겹치면 소리가 커졌다 작아졌다 하며 '웅웅' 울렁여요. 두 진동수의 차이만큼 1초에 그만큼 울렁이는데, 차이가 줄수록 느려지다가 같아지면 사라져요. 그래서 기타나 피아노를 조율할 때 이 울렁임이 없어질 때까지 맞춰요.
