1960년대 탄자니아 학생 음펨바가 뜨거운 아이스크림 재료가 더 빨리 얼었다고 말해서 유명해졌어요. 그런데 다시 실험해 보면 결과가 조건마다 달라서, 진짜 있는 현상인지 아직 과학자들 사이에서도 논란이에요. '항상 그렇다'고 믿으면 안 돼요.
