털이 난 공을 아무리 빗어도 털이 뻗치거나 소용돌이치는 곳이 적어도 하나는 생긴다는 수학 정리예요. 머리 가마가 생기는 것과 비슷하고, 지구 위 어딘가엔 늘 바람이 멈춘 지점이 있다는 뜻도 돼요. 1912년쯤 수학자 브라우어르가 증명했어요.
