고추냉이를 먹으면 혀가 아니라 코가 찡한 이유

고추의 매운 성분은 무거워서 입안에 머무는데, 고추냉이의 매운 성분은 가벼워서 금방 날아올라 코로 올라가요. 그래서 혀보다 코가 찡하고 눈물이 나요. 대신 금방 날아가서 매운 느낌도 빨리 사라져요.
