물로는 안 지워지는 기름때가 비누로 빠지는 이유
비누가 때를 빼는 원리
비누 분자는 한쪽 끝은 물을, 반대쪽 끝은 기름을 좋아해요. 기름 쪽 끝이 때를 둘러싸 작은 공처럼 감싸면, 바깥은 물 쪽 끝이 되어 물에 씻겨 나가요. 손 씻기가 바이러스 막을 깨뜨리는 것도 같은 원리예요.
