아주 가는 틈 속에선 물이 벽에 달라붙으려는 힘이 중력보다 세서 물이 저절로 위로 타고 올라가요. 휴지나 수건이 물을 빨아들이는 것, 식물이 뿌리에서 물을 올리는 데 돕는 것도 이 힘이에요.
