다크 패턴
사람이 원래 하려던 것과 다른 선택을 하게 유도하는 화면 설계를 '다크 패턴'이라고 해요. 해지 버튼을 꼭꼭 숨기거나, 미리 체크된 유료 옵션, '아니요, 할인은 싫어요' 같은 버튼 문구가 대표적이에요. 2010년 영국 디자이너 해리 브리그널이 이름을 붙였고, 요즘은 여러 나라에서 법으로 막고 있어요.

Interface designs that nudge people into choices they didn't intend are called dark patterns. Hidden cancel buttons, pre-checked paid add-ons and buttons like 'No thanks, I hate saving money' are classic examples. UK designer Harry Brignull named them in 2010, and many countries now regulate them.
