한국 시계가 실제 해보다 30분쯤 빠른 이유

한국은 일본과 같은 동경 135도 기준 시간을 써요. 그런데 서울은 동경 127도 근처라서, 해가 가장 높이 뜨는 시각이 낮 12시가 아니라 12시 30분쯤이에요. 그래서 한국의 해는 시계보다 조금 늦게 뜨고 늦게 져요.
