사라진 열흘
옛 율리우스력은 1년을 조금 길게 잡아서 계절과 날짜가 점점 어긋났어요. 그래서 1582년 그레고리력으로 바꾸면서 10월 4일 다음 날을 10월 15일로 정했어요. 나라마다 바꾼 해가 달라서 그만큼 날짜가 뒤죽박죽이던 시기도 있어요.

The missing ten days · The year ten days vanished from the calendar
The old Julian calendar made the year slightly too long, so dates drifted from the seasons. In 1582, switching to the Gregorian calendar, October 4 was followed by October 15. Countries switched in different years, so dates were a mess for a while.
