일이 벌어진 뒤엔 처음부터 그렇게 될 걸 알고 있었던 것처럼 느끼는 경향이에요. 1975년 피시호프의 실험에서 결과를 알려 준 사람들은 그 결과가 원래부터 뻔했다고 평가했어요. 결과를 알고 나면 그 전에 얼마나 헷갈렸는지를 잊어버리는 거예요.

After something happens, it feels like we saw it coming all along. In Baruch Fischhoff's 1975 experiments, people told the outcome rated it as more predictable. Once we know the answer, we forget how uncertain we were.
