눈은 책이 가만히 있다고 하는데, 귓속 평형 기관은 몸이 흔들린다고 알려요. 뇌가 이 엇갈린 신호를 받아들이지 못해서 속이 메스껍고 어지러워요. 창밖 먼 곳을 보거나 앞자리에 앉으면 신호가 맞춰져 덜해요.
