영문 QWERTY 배열은 19세기 타자기 시절에 정해진 배열이 그대로 이어진 거예요. 한글 두벌식도 1980년대 초에 표준으로 정해져 지금까지 써요. 한번 손에 익은 배열은 바꾸기가 어려워요.
